Each year MediaMonks teams up with Ogilvy Mexico and Victoria beer to create a magical film for the Day of the Dead. For this three-minute piece we created a magical portal between our world and the afterlife.
The challenge for this project was that we only had 2 weeks from shoot to go live. Therefor our pipeline had to be super tight and streamlined.
With 47 FX shots, most shot on 35mm, particle effects, 3D animation and a custom composed soundtrack this was quite the challenge, but we pulled it off.
